The faucet gives you 100 EuroE tokens and seems to work:
Note: EuroE is a CIS2-token but CCD is the native currency on the network.
If you need CCD then creating a new account in the testnet wallet and requesting CCD via the wallet interface is possible. Additional options to receive CCD are mention in the FAQs:
